I had an interesting stay at the Holiday Inn Express Hotel Galveston West-Seawall. While the staff was incredibly nice and helpful, making me feel welcomed with attentive service, I faced some significant issues with the room quality and cleanliness. The breakfast was definitely a highlight with lots of good options and a nice atmosphere, but the overall experience was marred by some maintenance and cleanliness concerns in my room, particularly the bathroom.
